Terms of Service for Weekly Us

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Weekly Us, a relationship support platform where partners can capture moments, reflect together, and run weekly check-ins.

When these terms reference "we", "us", or "our", they refer to Weekly Us and its operator.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old to use Weekly Us.
You agree to use Weekly Us lawfully and respectfully, and only with data you are authorized to provide.
You must not:
- use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls;
- upload or process content that violates third-party privacy or rights.
4. Service Description
Weekly Us helps couples record relationship moments and review them later in calmer weekly sessions.
We may change, improve, or retire features over time. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.

6. Privacy and Data
Your use of Weekly Us is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant us a limited license to process it only to operate and improve Weekly Us.
<!-- web-billing:start -->7. Trial, Subscriptions, and Billing
Weekly Us offers each billing owner one 14-day free trial. A payment method is required when the trial starts, but you are not charged at signup. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the new subscription starts as a paid subscription without another free trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically starts at €8.90 per month and Paddle charges the saved payment method. Taxes and the exact billing total are shown at checkout.
You can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect as shown in the portal. After cancellation, access to paid features may be limited, but we do not delete your submitted content solely because a subscription ends.
Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. The applicable price, taxes, trial end, and billing terms are shown at checkout.

Weekly Us is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant paid feature in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users and the service.
You can stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
